Artist Statement: Last summer, I was camping out in Southwestern Colorado and I had to get out of my tent in the middle of the night. When I was out in the darkness by myself, I heard a clear, loud, and very close fox screaming into the night. This is the painting that I did as an interpretation of that memory.
